| This paper offers a new analysis towards solutions of property rights system innovation in the restructuring of State-Owned enterprises. It highlights the positive role enterpriser resource has played in optimizing resource allocation, raising enterprises comparative advantage, and promoting enterprises capabilities. The analysis is processing under "the Contractual Theory of the Firm" .In the end, some suggestion for how to optimize enterpriser resource allocation is offered. |
