The Study Of Enterprise Technical Innovation And Core Competence

After China entering the WTO, the competitions from both domestic and abroad are becoming more and more intensive increasingly. Facing the new situations of China entering WTO and the global economic integration, how local enterprises take the challenges and take good use of the opportunities to continue to exist and develop stronger.In order to answer the above questions, the paper focuses on the study of technical innovation and core competence, and has an in-depth analysis of Chinese enterprises and foreign companies concerning both technical innovation and core competence and points out that the Chinese enterprises lack core competence in international competitions. By the comparisons o f certain relevant elements between technical innovation and core competence, the ways of strengthening the core competence have been brought up, that is the technical innovation.A further analysis of the current situations that the state-owned enterprises are facing has been done in the paper, the author has proposed the aspects in which the state-owned enterprises should make their efforts to construct core competence, they are: perfect modern enterprise mechanisms, establish the strategy of core competence, accelerate the technical innovation and enhancing the managers' awareness of core competence.
