This paper is focused on strategy restructure of a high-tech enterprise, including two parts: the case and the case analysis.In the case, the background of a high-tech enterprises - Guangdong Yujingshi Co., Ltd. and its course of development are presented, and then the competitive environment that the company is facing now are discussed in detail. Finally the issues of how to make strategic decision to keep its strategic position in a new and developing industry are put forward.In the case analysis, I apply all knowledge learned from MBA course, such as analysis skill of strategic management, strategic management and marketing management and etc, combining with my working experience, to analysis all aspect of its strategy position. At the end of the paper, some suggestions in terms of competitive strategy are provided. According to its competitive strategy, the way of its strategic restructure is proposed.
