This thesis is based on the study of pay design for Guangzhou Daxin Medical Appliance Ltd., in this project the author took part as a human resource consultant. There are two parts hereinafter: the case and the case analysis.In the case, the existing and redesigned pay policies are introduced as well as the industry situation of single use infusion set and the situation of this company.The case analysis shows the process of redesigning pay system with human resource management theories on the base of studying the existing problems. The key point is how to use point method and factor comparison method during job evaluation to make out pay points of every single position along with the salary levels. Finally, performance appraisal is properly combined with the pay system to strengthen the incentive function of compensation, adjust employees' flowing rate and satisfaction. By this way, employees' performance might be enhanced to gain competitive advantages.Nowadays small companies are accounting for an increasing proportion in China. In this thesis, the author is trying to explore a pay design method both reasonable and operational for this kind of companies.
