How To Manage The Real Estate Item Company

The case part of this thesis describes the characteristics and difficulties of the project management for Guangzhou Jing City developing companies and figures out the social factors that dominant the process of establishing real estate project company in a new competitive real estate market and the critical path through which project companies can strengthen their management.The thesis intends to compare the organization structure of several project companies, especially to study the issues on the inner organization structures, management and social environment. Also the thesis conducts theoretical analysis for several aspects such as operating environment, management strategy, financial management, civil environment and human resource management. The thesis uses the foreign developed management theory and experience and combines with my practical experience of participating in the management of project management. The thesis tries to probe in the way to improve the management of the project company. The thesis will be meaningful in either theoretical or practical use of project management.
