The Analysis Of Sustainable Development Capacity

One of the questions which people concerned widely is regional sustainable development. All the scholars are searching one way in which we can realize sustainable development. This paper agrees that sustainable development capacity is an organic component of sustainable development strategy and fostering sustainable development capacity is a necessary path in which realize sustainable development. This text sums up the concept and connotation of sustainable development, then amplify the connotation of sustainable development capacity and demonstrate its position and function in sustainable development strategy. For the evaluation of the capacity, the text broke the traditional method, which evaluates the capacity using single index and divided the capacity into two aspects to proceed to evaluate respectively for the purpose that analyze the question easily. Finally, according the conclusion, the paper generalizes some theories of building the capacity such as practicing bodies, conditioning factors etc.
