| With the rapid rise of information economy,we've entered a totally new stage of high-technique and global economy which causes rural enterprises confronting new tactic surroundings. Technical innovation has become an inevitable choice for rural enterprises to survive and develop in undertaking their second prosperity.Through analyzing the technical innovation state of rural enterprises in China,this article proposes new patterns in innovation,targeting at discussing the tactic surroundings,the new technical innovation and probing into the counter-measures in the second prosperity and technical innovation for rural enterprises. It also discusses the possible risks and measures against them for at the angle of innovation management. It further proposes certain tactics in technical innovation of rural enterprises in Tieshan Distric of Huangshi during the tenth "Five-year Plan" after analyzing the present technical innovation state of rural enterprises in Tieshan. |
