The primary content of this paper is drawing lessons from theory and practice of venture capital in developped countries, analyzing effect and methods of imformation supporting. Finally, using research result, establish Chinese information supporting system of venture capital.At present, many experts or scholars research venture capital on the source and exit of fund, mode of managing. Because of the information unsymmetry, difficulty in estimating, Chinese scholars of financial and information circles don't concern information supporting of venture captital, the research on it seem weak relatively. That is the reason why this dissertation is titled as"Research on Information Supporting of Venture Capital."In this paper, the author discusses information activity of venture capital, information mechanism of venture capital, administer structure of venture capital, a tentative idea of establishing Chinese venture capital information supporting system. Chinese venture capital begin just now. It is very important for establishing information supporting system.
