| After the"8. 19"Event in 1991, the giant socialist building of the Soviet Union collapsed. Consequently, activities of the Communist Party of the Soviet and the Communist Party of the Russian Federation(CPRF)were seriously restricted. Under this harsh situation, the CPRF kept on fighting consistently and resolutely without succumbing, finally revived and got reconstruction; During this process, the CPRF made conscious progress and development, which enabled himself to grow up to become a decisive political power on the Russian political arena. The unusual course filled with change and hardness of the CPRF is worth thinking, meanwhile, the present situation of the CPRP has attracted far more attention around the world and its future is worthwhile to study. This thesis has three parts.The First part: This part sub-divided into three stages gives an introduction of the developing situation of the CPRF on reconstruction in the past 11 years. The First Stage: Thinking calmly ,cutting a fine figure in the harsh environment. Under the pressure of being restricted and even annihilated, leaders of the CPRF as notable as Gennady Zyuganou struggled with the Yelsin's ruling authority actively and realized the revival and reconstruction of the CPRF until later grew up and developed to be a strong party to cut a fine figure in the congressional election in 1993. The second stage: holding a candle^l^M): with the endless growth of the CPRF'S influence and the increasing of public supporting rate, the CPRF gained one after another victory in the congressional election and occupied the leading position in the Dumas. During this period, the CPRF occupied almost half seats on the Russian political arena with the tendency to determine the national affairs equally with the "Democracy" forces. The third Stage: bearing burden and humiliation, stepping forward in hardness. After persistent and resolute struggle, the political position of the CPRF was promoted which enabled him to be the biggest party in Russia. But since V. Putin was in power, the political. Economic situation and the allied left forces of Russia had some change. Affected by these matters, the influential power of the CPRF showed a tendency of decreasing The CPRF lost superiority in the congressional election, also got failure in the president election; among many struggles against the ruling party they suffered frustration. The present CPRF is facing the crisis of separation and its political position can't be compared with before. But the Communist Party's unsuccumbing fighting spirit encouraged them to adapt the political creed and strategy according to the reality without satisfaction in order to get away with the harsh situation and make progress endlessly.The Second Part: This part sub-divided into two periods gives an introduction of the change of the CPRF'S political creed and strategy.The First Period: Self-adaptation of the Yeltin period First the adaptation started from the political creed, on politics, the CPRF'S traditional persistency of socialism was replaced by emphasizing on "Renovated-whole" socialism and the proletariat's monarchy and violent revolutionary method were abandoned; admitting the varied political regime, claiming to abide by the legal congressional road. As for economy, the persistency of the dominant public ownership and planning polity of production material was replaced by claiming the" Mingled Economy" dominated by the public ownership polity and the market economy including planning polity. On organization, the CPRF changed from insisting himself to be the "working class Party" into emphasizing to be the "Labour People's Party"; Claiming the variation of the guiding thoughts and getting ride of the principle of the democratic concentrated polity.
