A Study On The System Of The Verification Of Export Receipts Of Foreign Exchange

Because export is very important to economic growth, foreign exchange reserve and the foreign exchange rate of RMB, it has its historical value for the existence of the system of the Verification of Export Receipts of Foreign Exchange. By introducing the main contents of the System of the Verification of Export Receipts of Foreign Exchange , analyzing process trade and non- verification of export receipts of foreign exchange in due time ,we can conclude that the System of the Verification of Export Receipts of Foreign Exchange is good to speed up enterprises' export receipts of foreign exchange and enhance the ratio of export receipts of foreign exchange ,which benefit our country's BOP .On the other hand ,it also has its own shortcomings and limits. Facing with China'accession to WTO, its means of supervision, including verification on authenticity to every unit business afterwards and strengthening administration with state power, will meet huge challenges. It is time for the System of the Verification of Export Receipts of Foreign Exchange to upgrade its old thoughts and means,more depend on designated foreign exchange banks to carry out the administration of Foreign Exchange export receipts, which will lead to supervising banks instead of enterprises, loosening direct control, getting macro-administration to serve the economics of our country more effectively.
