| Coal is a kind of important energy-resource and its existence and development effects the development of our national economy. But in the past several years, our coal industry experienced a lot of difficult. The reasons that let our coal industry fall into dilemma are mult-dimension, including the reasons from enterprise, from government, but the noneffective competition in Chinese coal industry should not be neglected. Based on the Theory of Industry Organization, this paper analyzes the current situation of our coal industry positively from the view of industrial organization. In the article, the author analyzed the excessive competition of Chinese coal industry, analyzed and made out the goal model of market structure of Chinese coal industry based the demand of developing Chinese national economy and improving the performance of Chinese coal industry and gave some advice on how to optimize the structure of industrial organization and behavior of enterprise in Chinese coal industry. |
