As a sort of energy source enterprises, the core problem of the sustainable development for the petroleum exploitation enterprises is the coordination among the sustainable development of economy, the safety of national energy source and the protection of environment. The foundation is how to build up the ability of sustainable development for itself. This article generalizes the research achievement of the sustainable development of enterprises.
