The Study On Multi-indicatrix Of Unified Assessment For Second-hand Machinery

Many subjects studied on value and use value of second-hand machinery. It appeared seldom to integrate them into a work. A suitable assessment method for second-hand machinery was established based on multi-indicatrix of unified assessment method in this paper.Evidence theory was used to define index-system for second-hand machinery and succeeded in fusing different experts 'opinions impersonally in order to lessen the risks in the paper. Pair -set theory, a new method was introduced to confirm relative criterions by quantitative analyses. An example was given to prove its feasibility.According to different assessment aim, there were many different index-systems and assessment styles. Depending on current newness rate analysis a new idea- general newness rate was set forward. It changed single vector current of newness rate to multi vectors and large its extent of feasibility. Not only for Value assessment of machinery but also for other machinery decision it is always useable.All above certified that multi-indicatrix is feasible to second-hand assessment. If adding more useable information technology or mathematics tools it would be more sententious and feasible in practice.
