Analysis And Influence To Chinese Aviation Industry After China Entering Wto

China is going to join World Trade Organization in the 21st century. Chinese aviation transportation industry, being mentioned in "Service and Trade General Agreement" is confronted with a great challenge. Meanwhile, it also provides Chinese aviation transportation industry an opportunity to make further development. The theme of the essay is to discuss how to take advantage of this opportunity to promote Chinese aviation transportation industry and how to minimize the negative effect brought by joining WTO.The first chapter of the essay will introduce some regulations in "Service and Trade General Agreement" about aircraft maintenance, sales and marketing, computer booking system and commitment made by Chinese government to above three territories.In the 2nd and 3rd chapter, the author will dialectically analyze the influence brought by joining WTO from macrocosm and microcosm respectively. Based on the present situation of Chinese aviation industry and the achievement in "the ninth 5-year-plan", the second chapter indicate that joining WTO will take an active effect on Chinese aviation industry from 9 perspective. Civil aviation industry has a positive corresponding relationship with national economy, so joining WTO will give Chinese civil aviation industry an opportunity to develop. The 3rd chapter will elaborate the great impact made by joining WTO upon maintenance, transportation and computer system, as well as the impact on macro management, legal system establishment, airport construction, oil supply and so on.The forth chapter is the hard-core of the essay. In this chapter, the author puts forward some vigorous proposals to the administration and aviation enterprises. These proposals range from system reform to enterprises reorganization, from legal system establishment to macro adjustment policy, from ideology transfer to management innovation.
