Chinese markct is a sPecial environment. Wth the bolementation of reform andoPen policy, Chinese market shows great potentialities on one side, and on the other side,it has muC uncertainty As the two kinds of pbociPans in market comPetition,wtnational corporations and Chinese enterprises have remarked differences frOm eachother. Because of the existence of uncertain strategic environmefit and differences amongcorporations, the Stratgic comPstition behaviors betwCen trWtalional corporations andChinese enterprises also have some pedicularities, which deserve thorough stUdyIn thes thesis, firSly the aUthr puts forward the problems and hyPotheses, thensummarizes the comPetition theories among corporations in the present field of straegicmanagement including Porter's comPetihon theory based on the industrial StruCtUranalysis and wtc comPetihon theory based on the Inicrocosndc achon/resPonseanaiysis. W the introdUchon and aPplication of the theory of interaction in socialscience into corporation comPetihon, two basic featUrs of strategic interachon arederived: dual phociPants and mutual effect.
