Development Of Family Enterprise

Today, family enterprise is one of the main and most prevalent enterprise style. It is said that eighty percent of all enterprises is family enterprise. The family enterprise holds some famous brand such as Ford, Pierre Cardin. Thanks to the reforming and opening policy, Chinese economy is developing rapidly in recent two decades. Nowadays, Chinese private economy plays an important role, and its status is enhancing. As the private economical organization, family enterprise is the leading pattern of the all. It is the problem for how to make Chinese family enterprise developing healthily. This thesis points out the advantage and disadvantage of family enterprise through analyzing cause of formation and effect of the cultural environment, also comparing the difference between family enterprise and modern enterprise. Base on the commonly developing mle of family enterprise and analysis of large numbers of business cases, it makes us recognized that the developing strategies of family enterprise are perfecting management system, setting up enterprise culture, creation, establishing correct strategies and cultivating successor.
