The Problems Of Enterprise Insurance For The Aged And Its Legislation Consummation In Our Country

The legal system of enterprise insurance for the aged is one of the most important items of the system of social security. Therefore, to strengthen and consummate this system is meaningful to standardize the development of the socialism market economic system, prompt the cultivation labour market, protect the labourer~s legal rights and profits, preserve the stability of society, deepen the reform of the enterprise and accelerate the construction of the modem enterprise system. It also has direct effect on deepening the enterprise insurance for the aged. And make an introduction and a comparison of the six typical legislation models of Germany, America, Canada, Former UUSR, East Europe, Singapore and so on. Then find out some worthy advanced experiences. The fourth part is the keystone which the dissertation discusses. It first introduces and comments on the current legislation model of the enterprise insurance for the aged and puts forward some legislation opinions on consummation of our country抯 enterprise insurance system for the aged, then divides the system into eight parts, which are the target of the system of enterprise insurance for the aged of our country, basic principle, applying area, collection, running and supplying of fund, rights and obligations of workers and enterprises, the management system of enterprise insurance for the aged, the procedure of applying and legal responsibilities and so on.
