| This article is written in the form of case, including two parts: the case main body and the case study.The case main body part points out the common problems in the state-owned small and mid-sized reconnoiter design institutes by describing several important events in the course of Guangjian design institute's development. The case study part analyses Guangjian design institute's current situation, existing problems and the root cause by employing management theory such as strategic management, human resource management, etc. And it puts forward my opinion on its development direction in the near future.By analyzing the main problems emerging in the development course of Guangjian design institute, this article aims at providing some suggestion to the state-owned small and mid-sized reconnoiter design institutes on overcoming own interior weakness, upgrading the core competence during the system reformation, so to achieve victory in the future marketing competition. |
