A Study On Evaluaxing Indics System Of Operatinal Performance Of Listed Companies In China

Before reformation and open, the forms of enterprise organization in China include enterprise of state ownership and enterprise of collective ownership. The China listed companies has been developing with the reform of joint stock system in state-owned enterprises since the mid 1980s. With the acceleration of economic development, listed companies have become an active power in national economy. So the assessment of operational performance of listed companies has immportant immediate siganificance.The thesis analyses the problems lying in the process of performance evaluation of listed companies in China, and considers comprehensively the financial indices and nonfinancial ones which influence business performance. In the meantime, it sets up indices system on performance evaluatin of listed companies, and raises a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation (FCE) in assessment of business performance, which makes performance, which makes performance evaluation of listed companies possible.The paper consists of five parts.Part I. Through analysing the foundamental condition and existing problems, of listed companies the article points out the necessity of performance evaluation of listed companies.Part I. By analysing the present situation and existing problems in performation evaluation of listed companies, the paper modifies and impoves the indices which have inflvence on it.Part K. The paper identifies the principle which should be the premise when the operational performance of listed companies is evaluated. It sets up an evaluating indices system of listed companies.Part IV. The paper raises a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation on performance evaluation of listed companies (FCE).Part V. The paper provides two cases of comprehensive performance evaluation of listed companies.
