Pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar are three main factors to the language. The words changed the fastest, they can reflects the era's development of political, economic and cultural. There is no denying that vocabulary study is the weakest, compared to other sub-disciplines.At the end of fifties,the publication of Sun Changxu Chinese Words (1956), mark the formation of the modern Chinese vocabulary subjects.Words can be divided into the basic vocabulary and general vocabulary generally. General vocabulary of modern Chinese words contain old, new coinage, foreign words, dialect words, the industry term, fixed term, etc. Stock Market Terms is an essential part of Natural Language, and an important source of out of vocabulary, therefore, studying stock market terms is important for the development of vocabulary learning, with the rapid development of the stock in recent years, the stock market has become an indispensable part in our daily life.The whole thesis is divided into six chapters:Chapter one illustrators the present situation of Stock Market Terms, the studying object, the studying significance of Stock Market Terms. Chapter Two classification of stock market terms,they are divided from the Semantic Fields Theory and the current time two angles, Chapter Three source of stock market terms, we discussed from the public language, words and other industry sources three angles. Chapter Four characteristics of the stock market terms, we discussed from the family words, abbreviation, figures of speech three aspects. Chapter Five foreign stock market terms, we explained from the classification and comparison with the domestic stock market terminology in two ways. Chapter Six conclusion, we summarize from this study insufficiency two aspects .
