The Ethical Exploration About Groundwater Pollution

The technology practice has been around with the human from the date of its birth。Since the human use of the pesticide, it has saved millions of lives through the increasing production of foodstuff。But in fact there have been the problem of pesticide residues。However, people turned a blind eye to it for a long period of time。In recent years, incidents of the environmental pollution which is caused by pesticide residues continue to be exposed。Pesticide residues don't only pollute their target crop but also affect the whole ecological environment, or even threaten to the survival of mankind。Human being no longer neglect the issue, some kinds of hardware measures are carried out。Philosophical workers reflect it from the level of values。But it is not enough to analyse the environmental ethical issues by the conflict relation of pesticides, human and environment, so the choice of this paper on this question for discussion has great theoretical and practical significance。This paper defines the concept of the ethics of pesticides。Secondly, by using herbicide atrazine contamination of groundwater as an example and comparing the pollution situation at home and abroad, expand awareness about the destruction of the whole ecological environment caused by the groundwater pollution。then, apply the theory of environmental ethics to analyse this issue, find value conflict of technology, people and environment and confirm its value reason。It is that the mankind technical existence isn't uniform with value existence and there are less moral stipulations of an agreement of technology。The paper shows that there is a lack of pesticide ethical norms for Pesticide Chemical Technology。Lastly, the article summed up that, only in terms of China, if wanting to change this status quo we have to endow pesticide ethical with value, establish holistic technical criterion of ethics, adhere to the scientific concept of development and follow the path of sustainable development。...
