Learning from the current domestic photographic theory, we can conclude that people pay more attention to the modern and postmodern photographic culture, human visual perception of direction - more and more people are willing to do the future development trend of the world's photographic projections, ignoring historical research. People working for Chinese film have weakness on the research of the history of Chinese photography in systematically and deeply, especially in the existing framework of photographic art historical studies and models. Many scholars ignore the difference between "community" and "genre" in their fundamental properties and the arts characteristics, resulting to the phenomena that in the research of photographic history field the academics pay more attention in the styles and genres instead of mass organizations.From the 1920s to 1930s, it is a beginning era for the photography, which takes an important role for its history that the photography is bud into an independent art. Photography not only has the political and ideological characteristics in the period of the New Culture Movement, but also the art enthusiasm from the people living under the relative stability in National Government.This paper attempts to have a profound understanding of Chinese photography history, from the aspect in interaction between both different people and communities, and investigate the social change in the historical background a period of Chinese art of photography's understanding of history, people and between people, between the Institute and Society for the interaction, combined with the historical background of art was the idea of, It is summarized that in 20s-30s the photography groups took an important role in the development of the formation of photography, making more comprehensive and profound understanding of its history, It has a practical reference that how the future trend of Chinese Photography can be developed into "art" and the "nationalization ".
