The Study On Landscape Sculpture Design In Shan-shui City

Landscape sculpture is the works of art on the basis of public landscape as a platform, setting up in the outdoor public environment to arouse the visual and spiritual beauty and harmony with the surrounding environment sculpture. As an important part of the Shan-shui city culture building, landscape sculpture in Shan-shui city conveys very different cities, history, culture, customs, aesthetic taste, the formation of a different cultural identity and appreciation of taste to the general public by its unique space, shape, color, materials, scale and other artistic language. In a way, the landscape can reflect the history and culture of a city and show the distinct cultural characteristics. It is the signature sculpture of a city, a region or a country, and plays a"business card"function as the image of endorsement. So, how the landscape sculpture in Shan-shui city carries forward the spirit of the city, raise the city's temperament, and display the city's image can not be ignored in the design of today's urban landscape sculpture.In this thesis, the study of landscape sculpture in Shan-shui city is based on landscape-related sculptures and on the theory of the landscape of cities and landscape sculpture. I attempt to make a propose that there is an interdependent relationship between the Shan-shui city and landscape sculpture. With macro level analysis of related factors in urban landscape sculpture design in Shan-shui city, I suggest that landscape design should follow the principle of ecology, holistic and people. I propose that landscape urban landscape sculpture should be designed to reflect nature and respect for nature, and create vacuousness raw mood, focusing on multi-viewpoint shape the aesthetic forms and focusing on traditional sculpture techniques of inheritance and innovation in the performance of the method. These methods conform to the"people-oriented"development of the times, highlighting the landscape sculpture and the urban environment landscape interdependence, integration of the relations and realize the urban environment Landscape, landscape sculpture, harmonious relations with the public, so that the landscape sculpture can carry forward the spirit of the city to improve city temperament, displaying the city's image of the ultimate goal, and reflects fully the natural landscape of the traditional urban landscape advocating ecological consciousness, rich landscape and cultural content, harmony of natural and cultural features of the environment and artificial environment.Finally, the authors own proposals and prospects of the sustainable development of the landscape sculptures of Chinese Shan-shui city be put forward, hoping to improve it from the design of overall plan, the management and maintenance of late stage, and the propaganda and widespread of the landscape sculpture, to promote the development of sculpture in Shan-shui city in China.
