| In analysing the current watercolors at home,the author holds the main problem the painter confronted with is between spiritual emphasis and conscious exploration.When exploration in practice has reached to a certain extent,it is necessary to discuss and rearrange the theory without systematical theory to suggest and reflect, practice will be in blind state viewed from exhibitions,regional characteristics and theory systems,works of watercolors seems to be one-hundred flowers in blossom,yet it has a tendency of declining.There are three aspects of being deficient in creativity, old-fashioned way of practice with satisfaction and the false golden mean,which have been the source long-ignored by people.These phenomena existed in creation of watercolors have been altered through choosing a meaningful conception and exploring in author's practice,so as not to be influenced by the false attitude and that she can produce something different both in creation and conception.Works is the reflection of the ideas of the painter.The development of various watercolors coincides with the seeking for the changes on the watercolors.Conception is cognition of things after practice,which stands for senses and conveys the ideas of the painter in his works."Meaning"denotes the signification and its implication,together with conception,it is an emphsis on the surface of watercolors,which reveals some thing meaningful and undescribable,yet it displays the deeper meaning than that.Conception and implication exists not only in form,but also in spirit.It can worship the golden mean as well as the tradition even it can be creative.As a creative thought,conception and implication can be effective for the creativity of watercolors nowadays.It is the same as refraction of light and the growth of fruits.It contains a process and a need in its development. On the basis of watercolors'language,the author applies the conception and implication of herself to the creation of watercolors,at the same time,makes analyzing and explaining of them so as to keep on pondering the possibilities in the development of watercolors.This essay is mainly written to promote the study of the subject through the exhibitions,related documents and self-practice with objective analyzing and theoretical discussing.
