As a special professional language, Teacher's Language is used to organize and engage teaching in class by teachers. The usage of teacher's language determines the validity of language input, namely, the effectiveness of the teaching. On the one hand, as a kind of verbal expression in the particular type of teaching, the language teacher used in teaching Chinese as the second language is both a tool and objective. It works in teaching as well as in language demonstration, which determines the particularity and complexity of the language used by teachers teaching Chinese as the second language; On the other hand, the process of learning Chinese is an extremely complex mental process, in which a lot of complicated contradictions exist. Teachers need to control the contradictions in class teaching completely, and resolve it with special methods effectively. As a result of the validity of language using by teachers as the second language was influenced by reasons of various aspects, the usage of language is made a little difficult to work out. However, it still have got its inherent laws but not unsystematic entirely. Under the guidance of"the concept of a harmonious classroom",together with my practice in teaching Chinese as the second language in Korea and the theory of second Language Acquisition. This paper is to explore the principles and methods in the effectiveness of language input by teachers teaching Chinese as the second language, and propose the form of"Harmony language teaching"for the establishment of"Harmony Chinese teaching as the second language in class".
