With the development of modern technology makes the effect of the increasing globalization of the economy, information has become international, synchronization, and uniform international standards were born. The status of living and working by people around the world become similar. The modern design is also in the global convergence, the interior design which is the nearest part of our life is no exception to this trend of integration, and The design of the distinction between national and regional gradually decreased. For this situation and Modernism, we come to realize that it's disadvantages. When we arrived at a new location, see the same buildings and man-made landscape. It is sad, and it is an indifference for the demand of human which need the rich and varied selection. We found that the local rich will bring the holistic rich. And diversity of the world need that we have to keep the local characteristics and national feature. Designers must seriously consider the real problem is to establish good form and methods to consistent with international requirements and reflect the characteristics of local culture. This intention is to explore some new ideas and inspiration for the development of interior design in this context by global integration and cultural diversity.At the first, this article we began to research the questions from the regional culture. We combined actuality and parts of success stories to represent the important impact from Regional Culture for interior design. The second, we found some way for application and research in interior design by regional factors. We are concerned about regional, traditional and contemporary unity of opposites, because of that, when we are designing, we have to integrate the information of new era ,and our design do make the past serve the present with innovation. Finally, we talk on the technique of expression by themes and symbols. We explore the trends and directions of the application for design with regional culture in the future.
