Komura Zyutarou is a well-known Foreign Minister in late Meiji Period, whose diplomatic career was called"Komoura diplomacy"in the history."Manchuria Management"was a specific policy as a key step in the conquest of Japan's continental policy. During the period before and after the Russo-Japanese War, Komura launched a series of diplomatic with China, Russia, the United States, and the United Kingdom on how to invade"Manchuria". Sometimes his personal opinions on"Manchuria Management"affected the government's policy on"Manchuria", so Komura can be described as one of the important founders of"Manchurian Management". The theme of the thesis is Komura Zyutarou and the"Manchuria Management". It tries to review Komura's activities around the"Manchuria", sort out the relationships between Komura and the"Manchuria Management", and evaluate Komura's thought and practice on"Manchuria Management". It aims to explore the theoretical value on the research of"Komura diplomacy"and"Manchuria Management".Based on the previous research and the background of the development of continental policy, this paper selects one aspect of"Komura diplomacy"to discuss. By analyzing the relevant Japanese and Chinese literature and monographs, the paper tries to reveal: the"Manchurian Management"is an important focus of"Komura diplomacy"; the early planning and diplomatic practice made by Komura is an important part of early"Manchuria Management".This paper is divided into four parts.
