A Study On Commentary Take Part In Building "Discipline Time And Space" In Documentary

When the documentary started to pursue a wild diversity of performance, in seemingly there is no narrative, no author's about strategy and structure of the commentary by the spice of rhetorical expression, but in fact it is reflected in structural arrangements and author's expression. In the game of documentaries, media and audience, it reflects the development of cultural significance and rich in pluralistic expression through the discourse technology to building "discipline time and space". As a kind of media to take care of mankind itself, the slight changes of documentary's commentary have to respect the existing reality, but also the embodiment of humanistic concern. The research object of this thesis is documentary's commentary, try to learn from the narrative, linguistics and semiotic theory, combined with the specific text analysis, interpret documentary in another method approach to the study of narrative structure, reveal and clarify the phenomenon and the essence of commentary participate in the construction of " discipline time and space ".This paper is divided into five chapters. The introductory chapter main to illustrate the origin of problem, combing the research background of this topic, related concepts, theories and literature review, research methods and academic significance. Chapter one sort out the process of development in Chinese documentary's commentary in the vertical context and the underlying reasons of these changes, and interpret how these changes brings different periods of time and space feeling. The second chapter attempts to dig out the space-time attributes and roles of commentary in the documentary, as well as how to build "discipline time and space" under the power relations among documentaries, video media and audience. The third and forth chapters are the core of this article. Chapter three analysis commentary from the macroeconomic environment, that is how the commentary attract the audience into the relatively closed "discipline time and space" imperceptibly through discipline techniques. The fourth chapter makes effort to analysis the specific text about commentary, and clarifies commentary how to create a strong disciplinary force together with the screen image by the use of language skills and discourse technology.
