To maintain and develop the industrialized, electrified and economic society, human has paid a heavy price. The development of science and technology has accelerated the speed of exploiting natural resources, with the deterioration of the environment growing; a high degree of labor division in the production has made people in the bondage of mechanical process; the Internet has broken the traditional communication model, with the traditional moral principles encountering challenges; people's words and deeds have become the objects shaped by consumer economy, as well as the body and soul has been seriously distorted and split by the social production and consumption. It can not be possible for human beings to find the magic solution from the development of technology and the growth of material wealth to dispose the disasters. These disasters confronting human have been caused from the moral crisis and spiritual crisis. To resolve such deep-rooted and complicated disasters and crisis, we should be concerned about moral and spiritual matters, concerned moral theory and moral practice. This paper tries to analyze the Buddhist moral to provide some inspiration for the secular moral education.The thesis is divided into five parts:the first part states the reason of choosing the research topics and proposes it, making a literature review on the related papers and works of Buddhist ethics and Buddhist moral education. On this basis is drawn the research content and methods. Part II briefly introduces the basic concepts of Buddhism, in order to resolve the people's misunderstanding of Buddhism so as to properly treat Buddhist moral education. The third part is the moral basis of Buddhism, by analyzing Buddhism's life theory, the theory of human nature and the theory of reason-result to provide the theoretical basis and guidance for the Buddhist moral education. The fourth part is the analysis of the Buddhism moral goal, moral content and moral principles of Buddhism, to form a relatively complete moral ideology. It is going to explore the reality value and significance of Buddhism by comparing the moral goals of Buddhism and Secular education, and to elaborate the content of Buddhist moral education which concerns alerting the evil, sticking to the righteous and recognizing the true from the absurd according to Buddhist precepts, determination and wisdom, and finally to describe the moral principles based on the Buddhist moral theory, which are the principles of benevolence, equality, self-consciousness to awake others, proficiency and diligence to be determined, convenience to facilitate the public interest. The fifth section is about the inspiration of the Buddhist moral to the secular moral education.
