With the overall colonial activities of politics, military, economy and the culture, the eastern and western past Inner Monggolia had been invaded by the Japanese imperlists. this paper mainly studies on the Japan's colonial activities of politics, military, economy and culture in Xilin Gol League.Japan's colonial activities on political and military aspects are mainly to bring LiShouXin and De Wang home actively and utilize their political capital to establish the puppet regime subject to the Japanese imperialists, and build up pseudo-Mongolian army as its military protection of colonial rule.Japan's colonial activities on economy are mainly to dominate the livestock resources, opium, salt, finance, communications, transportation, etc. in Xilin Gol League, as to achieve its aim——"support the war by the war". Under its implementation of economic control policy, the economy in Xilin Gol League gradually declined and the masses were getting poorer and poorer.Japan's aggressive activities on culture are mainly:to win over the Mongolian princes and people in order to make preparation for its colonial aggression by shanlin Association's education, health care activities in the Xilin Gol League before the establishment of the Mengjiang political Power:and after that, Xilin Gol League's educational activities were included in the colonial education system of the Mengjiang political PowerJapan also control and make use of religion for its service of colonial rule. Under the Japan's colonial rule, Mongolia authority led by DeWang performed so-called "New Deal" in the political, economic and cultural aspects, and adjust the specific policy of Japan's colonial rule.
