Local College Students Study Of Autonomous Learning

In this paper, document-analysis method, questionnaire method, theoretical approach and case-study approach are applied to the research of students' autonomous learning of local colleges and universities. The author proposes the latest definition and value of autonomous learning on the basis of historical documents and the latest policy of college students' ability of autonomous learning at home and abroad. And the author analyses the related problems existing in autonomous learning. Through questionnaire, the author gets a mass of data to have an understanding about the situation of students' autonomous learning, and about the related factors influencing autonomous learning. After the research of specific cases, counter measures for dealing with students' autonomous learning of local colleges and universities could be gained under the conditions of a learning society.
