The Study Of Relation Of Emotional Intelligence, Multidimensional Sense Of Humor, Personality And School-SWB Of Secondary School Students

SWB(subjective well-being) research began in the 1950s in the United States, and came to the vision of our Chinese researchers in the 1990. The related research on SWB found that Personality is the most significant predictors. There are fewer studies on emotional intelligence and SWB at home, while this research is prosperous overseas.This study mainly discuses the relationship between emotional intelligence multidimensional Sense of Humor,personality and school-SWB of Secondary School Students. Participants were from three secondary school in Jiangsu, a total of 560 members. The survey data was used SPSS and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to the main analysis. At sametime, In order to richen demestic research of multidimensional Sense of Humor , this research introduced multidimensional Sense of Humor scale into our Country. This survey investigated four main goal:1,the whole state of Secondary School Students'school-SWB; 2,the effect of demographic variables on Secondary School Students'school-SWB;3,the relationship of e- motional intelligence, multidimensional Sense of Humor, Personality and Secondary School Students'school-SWB. By empirical study, the findings are as Follows: 1,Secondary School Students'school-SWB scale was reliable and validity. 2,the level of Secondary School Students'school-SWB is high;3,Except rural-urban and school type had no significant differences on Secondary School Students'school-SWB, sex and different grades had significant differences;4,Neuroticism, emotional intelligence , psychoticim and extraversion can predict Secondary School Students'school-SWB;5,A model indicated that emotional intelligence and Personality had significant effects on Secondary School Students'school-SWB.
