However, we can find that there still are some problems to be further studied. Primary school students, middle school students or undergraduate students are usually chosen by former studies as subjects and few studies focus on adults' relation between goal orientation and academic achievement. Moreover, according to some research, self- efficacy is an important variable that influence academic achievement. But there is rarely a research on the relation among goal orientation, self- efficacy and academic achievement by now. Based on the research and study of predecessors, the paper uses the questionnaire of goal orientation and the questionnaire of class self- efficacy to measure adults' relation between goal orientation and academic achievement. 289 students from 5 radio and television university took part in this study. 289 questionnaires were put out, 228 of which were useful. SPSS15.0 and Amos 7.0 were used to do statistical work. The findings were as follows.1 The questionnaire of goal orientation and the questionnaire of class self-efficacy have high reliability and validity.2 The level of adults' goal orientation is higher than their level of achievement orientation.3 There are significant differences on the level of achievement orientation and goal orientation between subjects majoring in administrative management and accounting. But there are insignificant differences between genders and marriages.4 Based on correlation analysis and structure equation models , the results showed that curriculum self-efficacy was a medium between the goal orientation and goal setting, and goal setting was a medium between the self-efficacy and academic achievement.. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | The Adult, Goal orientation, Curriculum Self-efficacy, Academic achievement | | Related items |
