Research Of Protective And Successive Strategy On Hebei Ballad

The resources of Hebei ballad are very rich. Many of these ballads belong to the remains of farming culture. The base is very weak and it is short of heir, so it is urgent to be protected.This thesis takes Hebei Province as an example to discuss how to mobilize all the forces of society to protect the ballad and construct a new system of the ballad protection. By this way, it can mobilize enthusiasm of whole society to protect the ballad.Firstly, this thesis describes the background of the subject, defines the concept of the ballad with literature studies and explores the value of the research. Secondly it studies the current situation of the ballad in Hebei Province by using case studies and analyses the reasons and the problems. Finally it integrates the method, object and mechanism of the ballad protection in order to construct a new protective system, at the same time it introduces the new measures, such as strengthening legislation, increasing financial input, speeding up the development of qualified personnel and enhancing the exchange with other countries.
