Mei Niang is a modern Chinese woman writer, whose masterpiece is the Aquarium trilogy, "clam", "fish", "crab". With the rise of literature in occupied areas, Mei Niang,who is a writer in occupied areas of Northeast and North China, is paid more and more attention in the field. Overviewing present literature, the studies about Mei Niang and her works mainly focus on two aspects:one is about the text analysis of female consciousness; the other is on the colonial Psychology analysis of Mei Niang's inner world in the context of the occupied areas. Different from those two perspectives, using the theory of impact study, based on the fact that Mei Niang ever majored "The Tale of Genji" in Kobe Women's University, the thesis makes a comparision and explanation to Mei Niang's works and "The Tale of Genji,". The paper reveals the Mei Niang's works'variation and development influenced by "The Tale of Genji" in the specific historical context and cultural background.This paper is divided into four parts. The first part mainly talks about the encounter between Mei Niang and "The Tale of Genji," making the preparation for the later part. The second part strives to interpret the broad meaning and deep social meaning embodied by Feminine consciousness in Mei Niang's works from the analysis of women fate based on Murasaki Shikibu and Mei Niang'works " color is like flower but the fate is just like leaves". using the methods of innernal literature, by intensive reading, the third part reveals the symbols and metaphors of Sorrow for Aesthetic features in Mei Niang's works; The fourth part discusses Mei Niang's narration ways under mutiple contexts from the marginal writing strategy and personal writing perspective.Compared to contemporary writers in occupied areas, a series of novels of Mei Niang themed on educated women, marriage and the family show a "half-half whistle Jiang River Red" blending of Chinese and Japanese literary landscape which perform on the trauma of colonial memories, personal unique life experience, narrative strategies of marginalization and personal writing view, and the sorrow of aesthetic characteristics making the literature creation hovering the mainstream literature, and colonial literature.
