When the comics was developed to be a mainstream commercial culture Gradually, our government spare no effort to assist it,based on the consideration of both social and economic benefits. But after the external supports, such as funds,policy making their full use, the problems, which inside the domestic comics products, became a key factor to restrict the development, to optimize the products will be necessary and the most important. As a result, integrated with the notion of the optimization on products, the conceptual of"comics products"and"the optimization of comics products"were defined. Then the economist,Philip Kotlers's theory of"Five level of products"was introduced and analyzed. According to this theory, the tactics of each level to correspond the five levels on the optimization of comics products was set up, namely optimized the form on the level of basic products, optimized the function on the level of expected products, and optimized the service on the level of augmented products. This optimized strategy with the cases of Japan, American and Chinese, had an insight into each level and explained the necessity and application, proved it was suitable on the optimization.
