Carl Maria Von Weber-The Contribution Of The Development Of The Clarinet Arts In Romantic School And His Historical Succession

Carl Maria Friedrich Ernst von Weber is one of the best composers of the Romantic school. Not only in the opera composition , he was also an innovative composer of instrumental music. His compositions for the clarinet,which include a concertino , a Variations , two concerts , a quintet and a duo concertante.This research aims at looking into the composer's writings of clarinet works,and studies their creative background,historical influence,composing technique and musical styles. Particular analysis is made of some clarinet works of the composer,along with an assessment and summary of the technique these works demand of the performers.
