The frequency disasters not only destroyed the society's material environment, but also wound the people's inner world. In order to eliminate or reduce the influence that the disasters played to the development of the economy and the social, the society of the Sung Dynasty in Jiangxi had established a more complete disaster relief system and the measure, regardless of the government authorities or the folk strength positively joined in this social activity. However as a result of the limitation of the history and the time, the effect of this kind of remedial treatment is limited, the hunger, the death, the abandoned baby, the refugee and so on were still the main appearance after the disaster during the Sung in Jiangxi.
