A Study On "the Single Metaphors" In 《the Secret History Of Mongols》

This thesis mainly elaborated about the meaning of the "single metaphors" in《the Secret History of Mongols》.There are a lot of "single metaphors" in《the Secret History of Mongols》with special meanings.This thesis consists of four parts such as the Preface,the First Chapter,the Second Chapter and Summary.In the preface,briefly reviews the academic values of《the Secret History of Mongols》,the importance of "single metaphors " analysis,vocabulary studies of《the Secret History of Mongols》and related researches on the metaphors.And there is given an introduction to the research purpose and methods.In the Chapter One,here studies about the concept of the metaphors,differences between the vocabulary metaphors and rhetoric metaphors.In Chapter Two,here systematically studies about the "single metaphors" of《the Secret History of Mongols》in several parts.In the conclusion,a summary has given to the entire content of the thesis.
