when social development arrives in twenty-first century, standing on the new starting line of the development of fine arts education on the field of XinJiang normal school, we must calmly study and analyze the great achievement of fine art educationon on the field of XinJiang normal school which we get from the foundation of the PRC. With the macroscopic thought and lateral observation way, We can put the development of XinJiang into the big scale of the nation oe even the world to observe, compare, estimate, analyze, think and look into the future.Based on this, we will think deeply of the fine arts education on the field of XinJiang normal school. In order to catch up with the speed of the national fine arts education on the field of normal schools, and take up a seat in the nation and the world, there are still some problems which need us to think again and there is a large space to develop.Therefore, beginning with the development of fine arts education on the field of XinJiang normal school, we review and conclude the study of the historical development of fine arts education on the field of XinJiang normal school. From the poor basement of fine arts education of the field of XinJiang normal school in XinJiang peace liberation to new China sets up XinJiang secondary normal school as the carrier which aims to train middle and primary school teachers. During the period of the Cultural Revolution , XinJiang secondary normal school continues stopping enrolling new students for 4 years, a lot of schools were forced to be closed down , be rescinded or merge , entire school initial teacher training is moribund. Aesthetic education was looked upon as the production of bourgeoisie. the fine arts of all autonomous region school education is met with XinJiang being destroyed gravely. The educated system of fine arts was to be destroyed completely , the courses were chopped aoff, and teachers were forced to change occupation, which brought an unaccounted loss to the art education. Thirty years in reforming and opening, as the other educational fields the fine arts of XinJiang autonomous region education got the great development. We obtained great progress on teachers strength , teaching condition , the arrangement of ideas running a school , high-rise scale , the quality of training. At the same time, the fine arts of XinJiang autonomous region education provide many excellent talents for fine arts on the field of XinJiang normal school and the secondary schools, and it made notable contribution to XinJiang even countrywide modernization. While our cause is still confronted with a lot of new problems and challenges, which need to be summed up experience further , studied a countermeasure , promoted exchange , strengthened a cooperation , accelerated the development, and improved the level of fine arts education in XinJiang autonomous region normal schools.The analysis and study of the development of fine arts education on the field of XinJiang normal school step by step, which can help us to sum up the characteristics, rules, and experiences of the fine arts education on the field of XinJiang normal school. Finding the existing problems and countermeasure of fine arts education on the field of XinJiang higher normal school to look forward to guiding XinJiang institute normal school special field much better carries out , starts whose fine development prospect.
