Comparative Study On Neologism Of Chinese And Vietnamese Of The Contemporary

The mountains connect and the rivers link each other between Vietnam and China. The two countries contact a long time history ago. In the time China and Vietnam open the entrance to a country successively, and accept the new things, culture, ideology etc. The language serve as the tool of communication and cogitation of human beings. During the course of reforming, language are changing, in which the glossary especially have a strong energy. In the new time the neologism happen in the Vietnamese and Chinese, which reflect all kinds of new social aspects. The paper compare the similarities and differences by the ways of studying such as the combination of the dynamic and static ways, the macroscopic and microscopic ways. This paper is divided into seven chapters: the first chapter, induction; the second chapter, the comparison of the social culture of the neologism between Chinese and Vietnamese; the third, the comparison of the characters of the neologism between Chinese and Vietnamese; the fourth, the comparison of the ways of creating neologism between Chinese and Vietnamese; the fifth, the comparison of the forming rule of the new meaning items between Chinese and Vietnamese; the sixth, the influence of the neologism on Chinese and Vietnamese; the seventh, the analyzing reasons of the neologism differences between Chinese and Vietnamese.The paper qualitatively analyzes the neologism in respect of phonetics, lexis and semantics, describe the similarities and differences. It illuminates the reasons of the differences between Chinese and Vietnamese by the ways of sociolinguistics. At last it shows the influence on neologism.
