This article use the horror film from The United States, Japan and South Korea as an example to do some comparison research about the narrative context, the narrative style, the narrative form, the narrative material and the narrative functions and so on. And analyse some excellent horror film from the United States, Japan and South Korea in order to explore the reason why they can do success with the horror movie. At the same time, simply analysing the development of the Chinese horror film in order to find out their cultural resources and then use the successful experience from the United States, Japan and South Korea to help Chinese horror film in order to find out an effective way of development.
