| The current research on Sino-Japanese relations in the international relations realm mainly contains two characteristics: one is on the political relations. Besides this field, it also contains economic and social relations which are also important component elements in this regard; while another is on nations and governments(in recent years, people are paying more attention to the media and national mood), but they seldom notice the enterprise, not to mention to look for the new cutting point on it. The charming of international studies lies in its multi-branches learning method, but such valuable feature is neglected by the mainstream research method. Therefore, the thesis aims to turn attention on the economic relations between China and Japan, and research on the business negotiation between Sino-Japanese enterprises, considering the culture differences as the new cutting point so as to analyze the influence of the culture differences exerting on the business negotiation between Sino-Japanese enterprises.The thesis mainly contains five chapters: the first chapter is introduction which introduces the purpose and significance of the topic. It analyzes the impact of implicit, steady and long-term element of the culture on the negotiators with different culture backgrounds and the reference significance for the inter-state negotiation; the second chapter mainly introduce the current situation of the Sino-Japanese business negotiation and the culture differences, including core values, thinking and its impact on the negotiation, the third chapter analyzes the reasons behind the culture differences, and it also discusses from the perspectives of traditional culture and corporate culture. The fourth chapter is the focus of the thesis, and it also the distinctive of the thesis. It provides useful solutions for the negotiators; the last chapter draws the conclusion that the culture differences between China and Japan exert profound influence on the core value, thinking and style of the negotiation and implicit and steady element of the culture also defines the little change in this field. |
