Research Of Tone Of The Word On "Sheng Yu Guang Xun Yan"

"Sheng Yu Guang Xun Yan"is a book, which contains a lot of spoken words. Wang Youpu is the author. It is written in 4th year in Yongzheng period (1726), which is earlier than"New Interpretation about Lao Qi Da"and"A Dream of Red Mansions". This book is an excellent material in researching spoken Chinese of the early years of the Qing Dynasty. So far no one has yet studied this book from the perspective of language.In this thesis, we do a detailed statistics and analysis of"Sheng Yu Guang Xun Yan"in the tone of the word. We also compare"Sheng Yu Guang Xun Yan"with the"New Interpretation about Lao Qi Da"and"A Dream of Red Mansions"which is published later than"Sheng Yu Guang Xun Yan". Then we expound the usage of tone of the word one by one from the perspective of pragmatic and choose some words of them to study their source and development trend.This thesis consists of three parts:The first part is on this book's synopsis and the previous research results about the tone of the word.The second part is this thesis'main part. In this part, we describe the whole tone of the word comprehensively and systematically and expound the usage of the tone of the word one by one, including their source, usage and link among them.The third part is conclusion.
