During the late of East Han Dynasty, empress' family and eunuchs seized the power. The high-hearted scholar class is very discontented with it. They petitioned and said some alarmist speech to uncover and attack the eunuchs group. But two DangGu disasters destroyed them heavily. So they felt very weak in politics and expressed their behavior by high-hearted speech continuously.As the opinion and lecture continued, it established some high-hearted scholar groups which gathered together by some famous confucian or noble scholars, such as North Sea Group. It played an important role in CaoWei Regime.This thesis is divided into there parts mainly. The first part describes the formation of the North Sea Group which contains the political and geographical humanity background. By analyzing the character's geographical relationship, birth family and contact each other, it determines the members of the North Sea Group. The second part introduces the way to entering political stratum of North Sea Group's men. And it describes their relationship with the CaoWei Regime detailedly and their changes in the mentality and difficult reality of choice during CaoWei replacing Han Dynasty. Also it gives an account of the various characters' outcome of different factions. The third part describes the academic achievements of the North Sea Group, including ZhengXuan in the Confucian study, North Sea Group's private education and open civil education.This article focuses on to put the Confucianisms in the North Sea region as a whole in the late Han Dynasty. By analyzing the characters' background and attitude changes, it strives to find common ground in diversity and determines the regional groups' contribution for history development.
