Anselm's Arguments on the existence of God and ontology of Lao Zi on the Christian philosophy and Taoist philosophy are the most important ontological arguments. For re-interpretation of the two not only allows us to know what are talking about metaphysics, but also whether human metaphysics are possible or not.On the one hand by "a being than which none greater can be conceived " in the analysis, we produce that whether the "greater" is in existence is the key to prove arguments on the existence of God. On the other hand by the analysis of "dao" , we come to " a necessary being " and "dao" is the same. Further analysis of the foundation of human understanding was found: Value judgments of human are formed in the following of the order and is not necessary. And how human-recognized the existence itself need the guidance of metaphysics, and this kind of metaphysics are at and be formed at the relationship between the Contingent beings and a necessary being and their structure. Finally the conclusion of this article is: Any Contingent being must contain a necessary being, a necessary being must also contain all of Contingent beings .Therefore, any Contingent being rely on all of the Contingent beings. In such a structure can be drawn on Anselm's arguments on the existence of God and the philosophy of Lao Zi is correct in the basic characteristics and spirits.
