Since the 1990s, the criticism on China's education has been booming. To turn the human history of education, it is very easy to find that the human education is generated and evaluated and continuous developed, and we can even believe that the development of education in the history of human is a history of educational criticism. The prevalence of today's educational criticism is not an occasional phenomenon, it is a natural product of the development of the times and social changes.The 21 st century is the birth of education and to make an era of criticism, as it relate to a wide range of education and the high stakes and it has become a hot spot concerned by the whole society as well as the global. So endless variety of educational issues which need touching and treating through educational criticism. It can be said that the normal operation of education can not be separated from advocating of educational criticism, serious and balanced and positive educational criticism can arouse the whole society to reflect on education, and ultimately can promote education better service for political, economic and cultural construction. Moreover, we must make "rational" brilliancy project into the process of educational criticism, to promote the progress and development of education. In order to have a better tomorrow for our education, we should look forward to more valuable rational criticism. It is not only a major research topic, but also far-reaching significance and urgent task.This article is based on rationality as the breakthrough point, and carry out rational thinking towards the phenomenon of education and sociality which is rising and massive education criticism at present, and also examines the problems and analyses the reasons as for what exists in the educational criticism. On this basis to construct that is based on the rational basis can promote education healthy development, high level and constructive educational criticism. Furthermore, the research of educational criticism will contribute to a variety of criticisms to education into the road of healthy development, and make good use of the resources of educational criticism to guide the education to the prosperity, to promote the progress of education reform, to improve education critics' conscious rationality, to meet the educated own needs, to build a harmonious environment of criticism and build up sensible theory of educational criticism.This article is divided into four parts:Part One: The knowledge reads the educational criticism. First, the definition of "Rationality", "Education criticism", "Rational criticism of education" are defined, and then set out from three aspects to formulate the connotation of educational criticism.Part Two: The first present an overview of the basic characteristics of educational criticism, and then the educational criticism's "fact standards", "values standards" and "development standards" are discussed.Part Three: The dialysis of adverse educational criticism. Through the scanning to non-performing educational criticism which exists in the educational criticism at present, and carry out an analysis of attribution to non-performing educational criticism, to believe two aspects that are its inherent social factors and education critics' factors of their own.Part Four: The Construction of Educational Criticism. First of all, analyze the education and social foundations of educational criticism, and then set the value orientation of the construction of educational criticism. Finally, on this basis, to build the strategies of educational criticism: 1. To establish the concept of rational criticism of the education, and grasp the direction of educational development. 2. To construct the open space of educational criticism, and develop the soft resources of the development of education. 3. To create a harmonious atmosphere of educational criticism, and enhance the ecological environment of education. 4. To advocate a positive and healthy way of criticism, and promote efficient development of education.
