The Research Of The Non-traditional Security And Social Psychosocial Crisis Intervention

After the Cold War,from the financial crisis of the turning century to the 21 st century,international terrorism,energy crisis,environmental problems,food shortages,illegal immigration,network attacks,and extreme natural disasters,public health crisis,the more non-traditional security issues Vietnam to become a threat to human survival and national security the main factor.In October 2006,the CPC Central Committee on building a harmonious socialist society the decision of a number of major issues,pointed out:to enhance awareness of national security, improve national security strategy,and improve the scientific,harmonious and efficient working mechanism to effectively deal with a variety of traditional security threats and non-traditional security threats,to ensure that the country's political security,economic security,cultural security,information security.Today,the non-traditional security threat had been a major problem for each country now when cold war is gone.Such as the terrorism to USA,religious collision to Middle East,culture security to Canada and the money laundering to Southeast Asia.All these problems are not just come out recently instead most of them had been there a long time.But they got special new features with the development of modern economy and science,and the threats' degree is much more than old days.Part 1,giving the summary of the non-traditional security from the end of the Cold War.The dissertation talks about the intension of the non-traditional security and the traditional security,the different and association between the non-traditional security and the traditional security,the main characteristics,such as multiplicity of security principal part,non-military of security threaten,diffusivity of security threaten,unexpectedly and changeable of security threaten.We need all nations would collaboration with others in open broad-minded,to deal with the issue of non-traditional security challenges jointly.Part 2,There are six features belongs to nontraditional security different with traditional security:the first one is that stress security relationship between adversity of Behavior objective and behavior objective of adversity;the second is that stress demilitarization in security affair;the third one,stress the transnational pervasion of security problem;the fourth one,stress the paroxysmal and varying feature of security problem;the fifth,without studying single problem unilaterally,stress the connection in all kinds of problem;the sixth,stress the international cooperation and coordination, which requires countries treat it with open mind.Part 3,Different security problem makes social psychological state different,so it is in nontraditional security situation which show brand new characteristics compared with traditional security:one is extreme fear in which resulted by its unpredictability.The PTSD group suffered much more than who is in traditional threat;the second is people got the psychological shock will stay longer time in its circumstances as it's hard to identify the range of victim;the third is fear feeling spreads fast and widely;the fourth,more anti-society behavior found after suffering security threat.
