With the digital music era gradually into consumer consciousness and the changes in consumer demand, which caused great changes in the phonographic industry value chain, the phonographic industry value chain has gradually changed the focus into online music sales and wireless music sales. Therefore, According to the difference of the patterns and characteristics of the phonographic industry value chain in different periods, it's necessary to research the impact of consumer demand of the phonographic industry value chain with the means to grasp the trends of the phonographic industry value chain's changes in the future, from the factors impact the music industry value chain.The impact of the music industry value chain are the changes in demand, technology, and environmental. The consumer demand require the development of technology, the developed technology will stimulate consumer demand new, and a good market environment will ensure that the music industry value chain will be operated orderly at the same time. Consumer demand will be impacted by prices, consumer preferences level of music, convenience level of getting a phonographic.
