Xun Zi, who was the master of thought in Pre-Qin Dynasty, was profoundly knowledgeable and had his own unique views in the political, economic and so on.In the terms of the ideological epistemology, he inherited our predecessors but at the same time mixed with his own views and created the Das, putting forward the "empty and quiet one".He thought, during the process of understanding, human beings should not only bring the rational factors into practice, but also the irrational factors. That is to say, the process of human beings' recognizable process was the uniform of rational factors and irrational factors. In This paper, based on "Das", uses the characteristics and functions of irrational factors to analyze the main features of Xun Zi's recognizable ideas. The first parts introduce the problems of subject and object of epistemology in the understanding of Xunzi , the recognizable sensory organ and the process of thinking. The second part gives us the methods, mission and significance of Das from the different types of shelter; and through the learning to get the ability of Das gains that Das is a rational thinking process. The third part: according to the analysis of "empty and quiet one ", based on the objects in the virtual, one optional one and static-specific to achieve the great clean up status; further more, considering on this basis, the author gets that this is an irrational process on the rational basis. Part four, from the dialectical relationship between Das and the Great Clean up, the author discusses Xun Zi's theory of knowledge. Finally, the author gets the conclusion that Xun Zi's theory of knowledge is the uniform of rational and irrational factors.
